Ever since I can remember, I’ve been a deeply spiritual being.
In my teens, I began studying spirituality and the ancient wisdom teachings. In 1992 I moved to Sedona to dive deeper into my studies.
In the mid-’90s, my mother started a meditation academy in Sedona, and I spent 10 years training there in many modalities and traditions.
I am an astrologer, a reiki master, and a certified hypnotherapist.
I’ve often been called a Renaissance woman, as I have many skills and talents. When I’m not offering readings and healings, I rehearse and perform with the Zenprov Comedy Improv troupe here in Sedona. I am also a musician, filmmaker and an author.
